Summer Food Programs

With summer right around the corner, The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child Nutrition Program ensures that low-income children, ages 18 and younger, continue to receive nutritious meals during the summer months. The Summer Feeding program helps the North Texas Food Bank to close the gap on hunger by serving meals at summer programs to nearly 1,700 children each weekday.  For a list of your local Summer Food Nutrition Program sites, contact 2-1-1.
