Seniors, Sign Up for Free Health Class

Are you or a family member experiencing a chronic health condition such as diabetes, arthritis, asthma, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, sickle cell anemia, chronic pain, or depression? Now is the time to take charge of your health. The Dallas Area Agency on Aging (DAAA) has teamed up with Parkland Geriatrics to present a free six-week workshop series, “Healthy Living - Today and Tomorrow.” Stanford University designed the series. Workshops are free of charge for persons 60 and older thanks to support from the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services - Texas Healthy Lifestyles Program.
