The Health Insurance Marketplace will be open from November 15, 2014 through February 15, 2015.  The Community Council of Greater Dallas provides FREE application assistance.  Our Navigators are conveniently located in Dallas County and 17 nearby counties.  At a recent Channel 8 Phone Bank, our navigators answered over 220 calls regarding the Health Insurance Marketplace.  We offer assistance during weekdays, evenings and also on Saturdays.  For more information or an appointment, please call, Sandra Luz at 214-650-7724 or Daniel Bouton at 214-229-5914. 

What you will need to enroll:

·      A copy of birth certificate for EACH person who is applying

·      A copy of Social Security card for each person who is applying

·      Alien registration card or a copy of the card (front and back) if not a U.S. citizen

·      Proof of each family member’s income, such as most recent paycheck stub or a letter from employer stating earnings
