May is National Fitness and Sports Month

With the weather getting nicer the Community Youth Development Program encourages more outdoor exercise and activity.  The program aims to raise awareness about the benefits of physical activities and spread the word about fun ways for families to get moving!  Physical activity improves muscular fitness and bone and heart health.
