·        Keep your holiday expectations manageable by setting realistic goals for
         yourself. Organize your time and prioritize the important activities.

·        Focus on the present instead of what has happened in the past.

·        Do something for others by volunteering your time to help those in need.


·        Try something new and celebrate the holidays in a different way.

·        Save time for yourself to relax and recharge.
