To place a bulk order for CHIP/Children’s Medicaid applications or other materials, go to http://www.chipmedicaid.org and click on the Information for Community Based Organizations/Health Plans link at the bottom of the page. The Community Council is a member of the Dallas CHIP Coalition. The Coalition, facilitated by Children’s Medical Center Dallas, seeks to increase public awareness of children’s health insurance coverage.
