Getting Fit For Life
The youth in this program participate in team and individualized sports in order to teach the importance of physical fitness and nutrition education to combat the ever-growing problem of childhood obesity. Healthy youth are more likely to become healthy and productive adults. The participants learn the rules of the game, the importance of teamwork, hard work and commitment.

Young Leaders-Positive Futures
This program helps youth work toward a positive future by providing opportunities for college and/or career exploration. Youth are assessed in their interests and skills to help them explore appropriate paths toward their goals. The youth expand their horizons by going on college tours, and opening up the possibility of furthering their education. They learn leadership and life skills such as public speaking, planning, appropriate interpersonal skills, multiculturalism, financial literacy, and emotional self-regulation.
