Agency Eligibility

Agencies applying for Title III funds must:

have a demonstrated ability to identify needs, provide services and be accessible to the general public;

be able to provide matching funds of at least ten percent (10%) or twenty-five percent (25%) of total project cost, depending on the service provided;

comply with applicable civil rights rules and regulations;

keep financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles; and,

have an independent audit of past year's activities.
